Audley Binswood Hall FINALAudley Binswood  in Leamington Spa is centred around the Grade II listed, Victorian Gothic, Binswood Hall. Formerly known as North Leamington College Audley Binswood is another example of a breath-taking revival undertaken by Audley Retirement Villages.

The stunning intricate brickwork of the centrepiece, built in 1847, was inspired by Hampton Court Palace no less and Audley has transformed this regal masterpiece into eight luxurious apartments with a further 80 apartments and cottages developed within the grounds. Many are situated within the old school buildings which have been converted in keeping with the original Victorian architecture.

Audley Inglewood, outside the village of Kintbury in West Berkshire, is nestled within 39 acres and surrounds a fabulous manor house which has been carefully rebuilt and restored forming the focal point of the village.

In 1928 the estate became a training centre for young men entering the Catholic Order and in 1972 it was reinvented as a luxury spa. Audley Inglewood offers owners a health club, swimming pool, library, restaurant and bistro bar.Audley-Inglewood

Audley Mote House is a village of 100 cottages and apartments near the village of Bearsted near Maidstone town centre. The centrepiece building which dates back to the reign of George III is a Grade II listed mansion which Audley restored to its original grandeur and now boasts a health club, swimming pool, library, bar/bistro and restaurant.

“I can’t quite believe I live in such a stunning place,” said Mr Tim Demery, who bought a one-bedroom apartment two years ago.

“I really do think it makes such a difference to your mood and even your health when you wake up each morning surrounded by beautiful buildings as I am lucky enough to do,” he said.

“I really feel uplifted when I look out of my window onto the park and landscaped gardens I haven’t had to look after. And what can be less stressful than knowing that all of the facilities are close at hand and that help is nearby if needed.”
