During your visit you will be able to take a tour of the stunning Elizabethan manor house and wander around the 27-acre estate.
You will also be able view the apartments for sale.
There will be opportunities to experience the lifestyle Grove Place has to offer such as watching residents play snooker and take art classes.
You can also visit the gym and spa and attend a talk about health and nutrition by the fitness instructor.
You may also see the resident ukulele band in action.
Representatives of the interior design partner, Studio 64, will be on hand to talk to you about the practicalities and advantages of downsizing over refreshments which will be served in the coffee lounge.
