Occupying the site of the former Paignton town library (which has since been relocated), 38 one and two-bedroom apartments will be situated in a peaceful residential street, overlooking Victoria Park in the seaside town of Paignton in Devon.
Designed as luxurious living spaces for downsizers looking to maintain a quality standard of independent living, owners will also have use of a sumptuous Owners’ Lounge and Guest Suite when the development is completed in November.
